Shipping Policy
We currently offer free standard shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your GlowSense™.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending the item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos or videos of the issue. In these cases, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof that it has been sent back. Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law.
